It's Michelle's birthday

I'm late, but not too late. It is still Michelle's birthday. I have been gone all day long. I did visit Michelle and take her a little flower for her birthday and some stuff to cheer her up and make her feel better. She is still really sick. She was my first baby. Back in the day there was no one in the room with me most of the time. I suffered alone. They called her a Halloween baby, actually a little witch, because she went home on Halloween. She was the first grandbaby on both sides, and so she did get kind of spoiled. I guess it's a good thing that Ginger came along fairly quickly. We loved her even when she was naughty. She did scream and cry most of the first year of her life. Is hould have went insane, but managed to survive. She's never given us a day of trouble, well maybe one or two, but we have certainly enjoyed her being part of our family. Some may think we are disfunctional, but I think we do okay. Love you Michelle

Flu, flu, and more flu (Swine flu?)

Pretty much everyone has a little bit of the flu. Mark and Michelle and family have had it for the past week, and we all have it this week. It looks like we are all going to survive. How do we really know the difference between the swine flue and regular flu. Ha Ha It has started raining again. We have had one flood about a week and a half ago, and another one will be here by Thursday night. As long as they aren't bad I can live through it. Rich left for California with Nevin to work for his mom for a while. She wants to turn the care home over to someone and Rich is the ony taker so far. Here are some pics of things going on around here. Wayne and I have been doing Lions for the past 5 weekends. I'm ready to be done with all the fund raising. One more weekend and we are done until next spring. Hip Hip Horray Everyone in Utah is doing fine, as well as everyone in Arizona.
